Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Who provides WeldWords

WeldWords is provided by Theresa Vasquez (the “Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use WeldWords, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter into a contract with Theresa Vasquez.

2. The service

WeldWords is online design software for creating, editing, welding, tracing, and exporting vector files, including files intended for laser cutters and plotters. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan.

We work to keep WeldWords available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. You are responsible for checking dimensions, joins, material suitability, machine settings, and tool paths before manufacturing.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your login credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use WeldWords for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use WeldWords to:

  • Break the law, commit fraud, send spam, or facilitate harmful or deceptive activity.
  • Upload or create content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Create illegal content, abusive or hateful material, deceptive deepfakes, malware, or instructions intended to cause harm.
  • Probe, scrape, overload, bypass limits, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or make the service itself available to others without our written permission.
  • Attempt to evade safety controls or use automated or AI features to generate prohibited content.

5. Your content and generated output

You keep your rights in words, images, fonts, files, prompts, and other material you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform, and display that material only as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for everything you submit.

Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use files you create with WeldWords. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, safety, originality, licensing, and suitability. Automated and AI-assisted suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, engineering, legal, or safety advice.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse outputs, or suspend accounts to address legal, safety, security, or rights concerns. Rights holders may report alleged infringement through the support channel available in WeldWords. Repeated infringement may result in termination.

6. Our intellectual property

Theresa Vasquez retains ownership of WeldWords, including its software, interface, documentation, branding, and original materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or permit use of our branding without authorization.

7. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds

The free plan includes three word exports. The Pro plan is $20 USD per month and renews automatically until canceled. Prices and included features are shown before checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, infringement, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Export files you need before access ends.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeldWords is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, materials, or production time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for WeldWords during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as WeldWords changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
