Short answer
To prepare a large personalized laser order, paste the whole name list at once, weld each name into a single connected shape, set one finished height for every name, and nest the batch onto as few sheets as the material allows. The exported SVG or DXF then opens in xTool, LightBurn, Glowforge or Cricut with the welds intact.
