If a production file is not working, we’ll make it right.
We’ll help troubleshoot the settings or correct the file before you cut. The legal refund window still applies; completed production use and customer-supplied artwork are reviewed under our Refund Policy.

How the free exports work
- Every account gets 2 free batch exports and 1 free single-name export.
- The free allowance is shared per internet connection, so new accounts on the same connection don’t get extra free exports.
- The 12-Hour Batch Pass removes export limits while the pass is active. Founding Unlimited removes export limits while subscribed. Reasonable-use terms still apply.

WeldWords is not a replacement for xTool Creative Space, LightBurn, Illustrator, Inkscape, or similar software. It handles the repetitive fabrication-preparation work, then gives you clean SVG or DXF files for your existing workflow. Compatibility refers to common vector file workflows and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Billing details
Founding Unlimited renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel any time from your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net, and you keep access until the end of the paid month. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and currency conversion, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. The Batch Pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
