Send the name, the font you used, and the SVG or DXF you exported. Letter gaps, loose dots and thin joins are usually fixable in the maker once we see the file.

Batch and sheet questions
Tell us your material size and how many names you are running. Start with the batch name generator and the sheet optimizer pages.
Billing, cancellation or refunds
Pro is billed through Paddle. Manage or cancel a subscription at paddle.net, or email and we will point you to the right order.
Font or language support
If a script or language is not shaping correctly, send the exact text pasted in and the font name.
